Terms and Conditions for the $100 Amazon Gift Card Competition

1. Eligibility

   • Open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

   • Participants must submit a review of RecHound on the specified platform during the competition period to be eligible.

   • Reviews must be genuine, based on personal experience, and comply with the Xero's review guidelines.

2. Competition Period

   • The competition begins at midnight on the 18th of November 2025 and ends at midnight on the 31st of December 2025, based on AEDST.

   • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Entry Requirements

   • Participants are limited to one entry per person.

   • Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

   • RecHound reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, offensive, or non-compliant with these terms.

4. Prize

   • Three winners will each receive a $100 AUD Amazon gift card.

   • Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection

   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

   • The draw will take place on 1 Jan 2025.

   • Winners will be notified via e-mail within 7 business days of the draw.

   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, they forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.

6. Publicity

   • By entering, participants consent to RecHound announcing their first name for promotional purposes related to the competition.

   • Personal data will be handled in accordance with RecHound’s Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

   • RecHound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control arise.

   • RecHound's decision on all matters related to the competition is final.

   • This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon.

8. Governing Law

   • The competition is governed by the laws of Melbourne/Australia
